dendrobranchiata

You stay nice and small, whizzing around using a doggy paddle motion with your five pairs of legs, or waving your tail in an up and down motion. You’re pretty manoeuvrable, and you reproduce pretty quickly and in large numbers, with a lifespan of up to six years, thanks to your potective shell.

You develop into hundreds of different, but very similar looking species, and migrate into seas and freshwater all over the world.

You are known as a shrimp, or prawn, depending where in the world you are.

That’s the end of this story!

To try again, you can return to the Last Universal Ancestor.
